Reactions were carried out on the same plate using StepOne qPCR machine on DNA inputs of 10ng, 1ng, 100pg, 10pg, 1pg respectively. The entire plate was activated at 95 ºC for 3 minutes. The cycling was carried out 40cycles, 95ºC (5 s), 65ºC (10 s) and 72ºC (15 s).
